Another pretty valentines card

Its WINDY here! 75+ MPH winds! Yucky! But I must go out in it so wish me luck! All of those in the Midwest and on the east coast STAY home! LOL your weather is nasty!
I made this card using scraps and the Mothers day bouquet cart! Enjoy!
